At TrendFyre, we stand by the craftsmanship of our handbags. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- Original packaging, dust bags, and authenticity cards must be included.
- The security tag must remain attached to the handle.
Refund Process
1. Request
Submit a request via our portal with your order number.
2. Ship
Use the provided pre-paid shipping label to return the box.
3. Inspect
Our team inspects the item within 48 hours of arrival.
Exchange Policy
Want a different color? We offer one-time free exchanges for any item of equal value. Simply select "Exchange" in the portal and we will ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
Non-Refundable Cases
Please note: Final sale items, personalized/monogrammed bags, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
